If you think you're having a bad day, then please spare a thought for a young delivery driver who 'lost concentration' at the wheel and smashed into a row of Ferraris worth £1.3 million. Unlucky, pal.
The driver, named only as Lin, was left with a repair bill for £521,130 after rear-ending three Ferrari 488s and a Ferrari F12 in the early hours of the morning on 16 December.

However, something about Lin's story has seemingly struck a chord with kind-hearted strangers and donations have rolled into New Taipei's Department of Social Welfare, which says around 830 people have donated cash totalling more than £135,000 to help the fella out. Nice of them, isn't it?
Footage of the smash in New Taipei City's Shiding District, North Taiwan, shows a line of the fancy motors on a road, with a silver people carrier - driven by Lin - crashing into them from around a corner.
The grainy CCTV footage shows people standing around before the car hurtles into the parked vehicles and bursts into flames - fortunately, no one was hurt in the crash, but presumably the owners of the swish sport cars were pretty pissed off about the whole thing.
The young man was out delivering paper for his mum's business at the time and claims he was 'too tired', which lead to a lapse in his concentration and eventually the crash.

Details about Lin's poverty-stricken family were also released alongside the story about the crash, with local reports stating that Lin and his two siblings were raised solely by their mother after their dad passed away five years ago.
Since the sad story hit headlines in his home country, members of the public have spoken out to offer their support for Lin - and it appears these promises have been anything but empty, with hundreds putting their hands in their pockets to help out the family and cover the cost of the hefty repair bill.
Speaking shortly after the crash, Lin said he would 'take responsibility' for the crash regardless of the cost.

But thanks to the donations which have come in, much of the pressure will be eased off Lin and his family.
