Another day, another person who has to now remortgage their house to pay for a meal at Salt Bae's new London restaurant. And this one is colossal.
Diners at the Knightsbridge gaff shared a photo of their £37,000 receipt on Snapchat. Yes, you read that correctly. £37,000.
But at least it looked like they had a good night, wolfing down a golden tomahawk for £850, 16 baklavas for £400 and four golden baklavas for £200, along with a few helpings of fries.

Now, you might be wondering how on Earth they actually managed to order enough items to get the price up to almost £40,000.
Well, as is always the case, it's the booze.
Not content with a couple of glasses of the house red and a bottle of Blue Nun, this lot went for a 1996 bottle of Petrus, which set them back £9,100, and a couple more bottles of the Petrus 2003, which came to a grand total of £19,900.

Oh, and on top of that, they picked out a 2006 Dom Perignon rosé for just £1,620.
All in all, that's £30,620 on booze alone. Had they forgone the pricey p**s up, the meal would only have cost them a measly £1,574, plus service charge.
This isn't the first time Bae's eye-watering prices and flamboyant menus have caused a stir online, of course.

Earlier this month, another diner shared a video from their visit, criticising the service.
The woman, going by the name @zora.eli, posted the footage to her TikTok account, showing her receiving some kind of pastry dish.
However, while we have all become accustomed to Bae's slick serving skills over the years, @zora.eli believes the apple has fallen quite far from the tree in terms of his waiting staff.
In the video, the waiter struggles to plate the dish, dropping what appears to be a slice of cheese from their knife.
Towards the end of the clip, it seems as though a supervisor spots what's going on and comes over to keep an eye on the young server.

A voiceover says: "Omg Nusr-Et explain how I am paying a month's mortgage for this service.
"Tip: return flight plus eat at Nusr-Et Istanbul is cheaper!!"
"Nusr-Et you mugging us Brits?"
The video was posted with the caption: "Don't waste your money at #nusretlondon! He's ripping us off!"
