Eddie Hall has incredibly managed to break a punching machine after he hit it too hard. Check it out below:
Earlier this month (3 October) he was at the Arnold Sports Festival and agreed to do a little competition to see who could hit the hardest score on a punching machine.

He was asked to break the numerical record of 998 on the boxing bag and although he initially seemed reluctant to give it a go, he then decided to 'give it a go?'.
The 35-year-old looked pretty relaxed with his first effort, although I'm sure if any of us were behind it, we'd be flying across the room.
His first attempt was a close 962, which was only 36 points off equalling the record (quick maths).
Although on his second attempt he looked more switched on and absolutely leathered the boxing bag.

Unfortunately, he was close, but not close enough at 980.
Third time's a charm, right? At this point, he looked a bit p****d off that he hadn't broken the record yet and, somehow, managed to hit the bag even harder than the last round.
However, the former World's Strongest Man hit 994, only four points off.

The Beast then decided enough was enough and gave it one last try to finally break the record.
"I'll give it one more."
This time, he gave himself a tiny bit of a run-up and, yet again, smashed the bag... only this time, the whole machine shut down and Eddie and his spectators just can't believe it.
As he grinned at the broken state of the machine, with a sense of satisfaction, he said: "I've just broke it."
Pretty impressive, we must say.

And speaking of being one of the world's strongest men, have you ever wondered how much he eats to get that strong?
Well, ahead of his fight against Hafthor 'The Mountain' Björnsson last month, he explained that he used to eat a lot more calories in his lifting days and has now dropped his caloric intake so he's nimble enough to compete in the boxing ring.
He told Muscle & Health: "In my Strongman days I was consuming upwards of 12,000 calories a day. That was just a constant cow grazing.
"All day from the second I woke up to the second I went to sleep I'd have meals. I was probably eating eight meals a day with snacks in-between and lots of liquids like high-calorie smoothies.

"Now, I have four square meals a day and five protein shakes in-between to make sure I don't dig too big a hole.
"I'd say I'm on roughly 6,000 calories a day right now. That's half what I was eating when I was the World's Strongest Man."
