Emma Raducanu has revealed what her first purchase will be after pocketing $2.5m (£1.81m) from her sensational US Open win...and it's not what you'd expect.
Maybe a nice house, or a cheeky upgrade from your Fiat Cinquecento?
According to Metro, the 18-year-old told ESPN that the first thing she wants to cop is, incredibly, a pair of Apple AirPods, which retail at £108.
"There's a running joke in my team because before my first round qualifying match I lost my AirPods and I was basically running around the changing room like three minutes before my call to go on trying to find it but I lost it," the champion revealed.
She added: "I was thinking to myself, 'You know what, if you win this match you can buy yourself a pair of AirPods' and that's become the running joke!"
When asked about how her life is now going to change (fame, money etc.) she continued: "I haven't thought of any of that, to be honest.
"After the match, I just showered, same routines as always.
"I'm not even thinking about, like, when I'm going home. I have no idea when I'm going home.
"I have no idea what I'm doing tomorrow. I'm just really trying to embrace the moment, really take it all in.
"I definitely think it's the time to just switch off from any future thoughts or any plans, any schedule. I've got absolutely no clue. Right now, no care in the world, I'm just loving life."
Good on her.
Raducanu burst onto the scene at Wimbledon after her incredible run which saw her reach the fourth round.
The talented British teen, in only her second ever grand slam, beat fellow teenager Leylah Fernandez in the women's singles final 6-4, 6-3 at Flushing Meadows.
Raducanu took the first set 6-4, with both ladies playing some scintillating tennis in back-and-forth exchanges.
She then took the second set 6-3 to be crowned US Open champion.
Incredibly, she wins the tournament without dropping a single set.
A truly remarkable feat for such a young athlete.
