The families of two people believed to have died in the recent Essex lorry incident in Grays have confirmed their loved ones were, indeed, among the victims.
The victims, who included 38 adults and one teenager, were discovered early on Wednesday 23 October in a refrigeration container on an industrial estate in Essex.
The family of Pham Thi Tra My - the Vietnamese woman who texted her mum to say she was 'dying' while she was travelling in a lorry - have said she was among those who died.

The 26-year-old had sent worrying messages to her family while she was in the lorry, telling them: "I am dying, I can't breathe. I love you very much Mum and Dad. I am sorry, Mother."
Tra My's dad, Pham Van Thin, told Vietnamese media that his daughter was among the victims, telling the Tuoi Tre newspaper that the family had been notified by someone who called from England.
He said: "The news that my daughter died in England is true.
"It is very painful."

The family of Nguyen Dinh Luong, 20, have also said he has been confirmed as dead, according to the Mirror.
Essex Police confirmed all 39 victims - 31 men and eight women - were from Vietnam, and said othey were now in 'direct contact with a number of families in Vietnam and the UK', along with the Vietnamese government.
However, any further details on individual victims have not yet been officially released by police.
Assistant Chief Constable Tim Smith said: "At this time, we believe the victims are Vietnamese nationals, and we are in contact with the Vietnamese Government."

Smith said police were not in a position to identify any of the victims.
Lorry driver Maurice Robinson has been charged with manslaughter after 39 Chinese nationals were found dead in the back of a lorry in Essex.
Essex Police issued a statement which reads: "The Crown Prosecution service has authorised Essex Police to charge a man in connection with the investigating the deaths of 39 people whose bodies were found in Grays on Wednesday.
"Maurice Robinson, 25, of Laurel Drive, Craigavon, Northern Ireland was arrested shortly after the discovery was made at the Waterglade Retail Park. He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Monday 28 October charged with 39 counts of manslaughter, conspiracy to traffic people, conspiracy to assist unlawful immigration and money laundering.

"Three other people have been arrested in connection with this investigation. A 38 year-old man and a 38 year-old woman from Warrington and a 48 year-old man from Northern Ireland, who were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to traffic people and manslaughter remain in custody."
