The family of a mother killed in yesterday's terror attack on Westminster has described her husband's feelings following her untimely death.

Forty-three-year-old Aysha Frade was reportedly on her way to pick her kids up from school when she was killed in the tragic incident. Her husband John was at work.

The attacker, Khalid Masood, had run over innocent citizens on Westminster Bridge before attacking and killing PC Keith Palmer.

Her husband's cousin, also called John, told The Evening Standard: "I can't even put it into words how he's [my cousin] feeling. His life's completely fallen apart because of what's happened. They've got young kids.

"When I heard I was just absolutely shocked. I'm still just feeling terrible, it's a terrible thing to happen and you just don't expect it to happen so close to home in this way."

An American tourist, Kurt Cochran, has been named as another victim of the attack.

This morning, Prime Minister Theresa May told the House of Commons that 52-year-old Khalid Masood, shot dead by police outside Parliament, was British born and had been previously investigated for violent extremism.

She said he was 'not part of the current intelligence picture'.

The Prime Minister also revealed authorities had no prior knowledge of the terror plot.

Mark Rowley, national lead for Counter-Terrorism Policing and Met Acting Deputy Commissioner, confirmed that three victims died yesterday. A further 29 injured are being treated in hospital, seven of whom are in critical condition.
