If you answered yes to both of those questions, you may just be a Premier League footballer. Even if you aren't a footballer, we still have some good news for you.

Nando's is giving away sachets of all of your favourite Peri-Peri sauces for you to take away and enjoy at home.

The sauces on offer will feature all of the biggies: Lemon & Herb, Garlic, Medium, Hot, and Extra Extra Hot.

This means that you can liven up your own dreadful cooking with some of that sweet, sweet sauce without having to pour it out into one of those pots that leak all over your bag on the way home.
