Here's one that'll either take the edge of that Sunday hangover, or tip you straight over it.

A girl's grandparents were shocked to find that their 23-year-old granddaughter had arranged for them to fly to Spain - and she would be the one to take them there. Check it out:

Laura Gibson, from Derby, works for TUI Airways and at the age of 23, she is one of their youngest pilots.

And it was a massive surprise for her grandparents when they stepped on the plane for their holiday to Palma to find Laura in her uniform, ready to take them there.

Proud grandparents Pat, 79, and Ray, 83, had no idea when they boarded the plane at East Midlands Airport that it would be their granddaughter flying them and the footage above shows the moment Pat saw Laura on the plane.

She said: "We are unbelievably proud of Laura's career as a pilot. We just think she's absolutely amazing."

Laura added: "My Granny didn't even recognise me at first. She was very polite when she said hello, then realised it was me and gave me a huge hug! It was such a special moment."

Laura started flying when she was just 18 years old, and sorted the surprise with the TUI Airways rostering team.

The agreed to let her pilot the special flight to Palma. It was originally Laura's parents' idea to put the surprise together and combine their love of TUI holidays with their pride at their granddaughter being a pilot.

Pat and Ray have visited Grupotel Playa Camp De Mar twice a year for more than seven years and Laura said her grandparents have been 'living and breathing their proud grandparent moments' since she started flying.

The previous airline she worked for didn't have the mobility facilities that her grandparents need, so when she joined TUI in November, she decided to plan their surprise.

Since the moment she had her very first flying lesson in a flight simulator for her 18th birthday, Laura had always dreamed of being a pilot.

As one of the youngest of 970 TUI Airways pilots, she flies to destinations all around the world and is just a few air miles away from being promoted to First Officer.

Well, there you go - that's heartwarming enough to cheer us all up.
