Hafþór Björnsson and boxing champ Teó López partnered up to take part in a brutal body shot challenge at the gym. Watch the pair trade blows below:

To put things in to context, López is 5 foot 8 inches and The Mountain is a whole one foot bigger, coming in at 6 foot 9 inches.

First up was unified lightweight world champion López, and he delivered a nasty hook to the big man's stomach.

Although the 24-year-old's swing would probably drop most of us to the floor, The Mountain barely moved, despite grabbing his stomach acting in a bit of bother, probably to make the lightweight boxer feel a little less lightweight.

"That was nice!" the legendary strongman said.

The two then hugged it out while Teófimo raised Thor's arm.

Next was Björnsson with his unreal size and weight advantage.

After setting his sights, he swung hard at the champ's stomach and as his fist collided with the body, López was seen to fall back a fair distance.

To be fair you can understand why López has an unbeaten record of 16-0 and 12 knockouts, as he did well to take a big left hand from Björnsson.

"David vs Goliath!" López added.

"Went punch for punch with the World's Strongest Man!".

López is set for his in-ring return and is scheduled to fight with George Kambosos Jr. next month.

As for Thor, he's still eyeing a celeb match with his strongman rival, Eddie Hall.

They have had an ongoing feud since Björnsson accused Hall of cheating at the 2017 World's Strongest Man.

Both have dropped a mega amount of pounds and were due to fight in Florida, however, The Beast suffered a detached bicep in July and the match had to be rescheduled.

The fight was originally set to take place on 18 September, but because of Hall's bicep injury, it is now postponed to 2022.

Björnsson scrapped his strongman diet and has now shredded a serious amount of weight - 50kg.

The Game of Thrones star used to weight around 205kg and had to eat roughly 10,000 calories a day in order to maintain his size.

He's dropped his intake to 4,000 calories and will hope his leaner figure will be suited to the boxing ring.
