The Iranian woman dubbed 'Zombie Angelina Jolie' has been released on bail just days after she was sentenced to 10 years in jail.
Nineteen-year-old Sahar Tabar, whose real name is Fatemeh Khishvand, was arrested back in October last year.
Masih Alinejad, an Iranian journalist, told MailOnline she has spoken to Tabar's lawyer, who confirmed she has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for 'promoting public corruption'.

However, Alinejad has now said Tabar was released on Sunday following 'massive media pressure'.
The tweet read: "Today the Iranian teenager who posted heavily distorted images of herself online was jailed for 10 years has been freed after massive media pressure."
Tabar rose to fame a couple of years ago after bizarre photos of her supposedly resembling Jolie went viral, as people piled on to say she looked like a 'zombie version' of the Hollywood star.

It was rumoured she'd undergone dozens of surgeries in an attempt to emulate Jolie's looks, but Tabar later posted completely unedited photos of herself, confirming she hadn't gone to any extreme measures and was just messing around.
The teen said she had used clever makeup and retouched her photos to create the extreme look, and never actually planned to look like Jolie.
Speaking last year, Tabar said: "This is Photoshop and makeup. Every time I publish a photo, I paint my face in an increasingly funny way. It is a way of expressing yourself, a kind of art. My fans know that this is not my real face."

She added: "I did not even think about being like Jolie. Also, I did not want to resemble the cartoon character the Corpse Bride.
"Now I understand that I have something to do with them, but I am a muse myself and remembering someone is not an end in itself."
Following her sentence, Alinejad had called on the real Angelina Jolie to help get the teen released.

Tweeting at the star, she wrote: "Sahar Tabar is only 19. Her joke landed her in jail. Her mother cries every day to get her innocent daughter freed. Dear Angelina Jolie. We need your voice here. Help us."
In another post, Alinejad wrote: "I call on Angelina Jolie to help an Iranian 19-year-old girl who received 10 years prison sentence for using makeup & Photoshop to turn herself into Angelina. Islamic Republic has a history of tormenting women. We need to be united against this gender apartheid."
According to Tasnim news agency, the charges against Tabar included blasphemy, inciting violence, gaining income through inappropriate means and encouraging youths to corruption.
