Jeremy Clarkson's daughter Emily had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction at a UK festival.

Emily, 27, took to Instagram yesterday (Aug 29) to share the unfortunate fashion mishap with her 207,000 followers.

She captioned the post: "It's all fun and games... until your skirt explodes."

Her father was one of many in the comments that reacted to the images.

Jeremy simply commented: "Oh no."

Another user wrote: "Least you were wearing good pants!!."

Whilst a third user added: "Reasons I always have a hotel sewing kit in my purse... Yup. I'm that friend..."

Emily was at 'The Big Festival' held in small village Kingham in Chipping Norton from Aug 27 to Aug 29.

Artists such as Sigala, Nile Rodgers & Chic and Rag 'N' Bone Man all headlined.

The 27-year-old has opted not to follow in her Dad's footsteps into the world of cars and has instead pursued a career as a writer.

She has written the book titled Can I Speak to Someone in Charge, which is about promoting feminism and equal rights.

One critic called it a 'fresh, modern take on feminism and life from one of the most compelling voices of her generation.'

Her father Jeremy, on the other hand, has recently revealed how he once got revenge on a trophy hunter by urinating in his shoes, saying he simply 'hated him on a cellular level'.

Writing in his recent Sunday Times column, Clarkson, 61, explained how he had been in Canada when he found himself in the company of a dentist who openly bragged about wanting to kill a polar bear for 'fun'.

Rather than rolling his eyes and mentally crossing the new acquaintance off his Christmas card list, the presenter decided to channel his frustration in a much more, ahem, physical way.

Clarkson waited until the bloke had fallen asleep before he got his own back on behalf of the animal kingdom, recalling: "There are a great many dentists in America - and they're always dentists, for some reason - who like to shoot lions. Or elephants. Or rhinos.

"I met one once, in the frozen wilderness at the top of Canada. He was big in the tooth-whitening business and had taken a 'coupla fun weeks off' to blow a polar bear away.

"I hated him on a cellular level and must confess that one night, when he was asleep, I p***ed in his shoes."
