BREAKING: 'Making A Murderer' Subject Brendan Dassey's Conviction Overturned

Brendan Dassey, one of two people documented in 2015's Netflix hit Making A Murderer has had his conviction overturned.

Dassey was 17 at the time of his arrest in 2005 after he was convicted for being apart of the murder of Theresa Halbach.

In 2007, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. The main subject profiled in Making A Murderer, Stephen Avery, was found guilty of first-degree murder and also sentenced to life imprisonment.

In the aftermath of the show, many came out in support of Dassey and Avery.
