A woman who met her fella on Bumble has shared a hilarious story about how he once contacted the dating app to report a 'glitch'... Only to be shot down by staff.

TikToker Jade (@Jadeswildparty29) posted a video earlier this week, explaining how her boyfriend had the awkward exchange with Bumble before he met her.

She said: "Before me, my boyfriend wasn't getting any matches on Bumble so he emailed them asking if it was a glitch.'

Jade shared screenshots of both her boyfriend's message to Bumble and the reply that came from 'Sarah', a member of the Bumble Feedback Team.

He had written: "Today I've been swiping right on EVERY person and I did not match with a single person. Not one.

"And don't get me wrong, I'm not gloating about my looks, but I should be getting at least one match. I mean my friend Peter looks like that one guy from the Goonies and he's getting more matches than me.

"All I'm asking is if you could possibly check my account to make sure there are no glitches. Thank you and have a nice day."

But when a member of staff replied, they explained there had been no issue with his account, much to his shame.

They said: "I've had a look at your profile and, according to our information, it's working correctly."

They continued: "Please remember that the more you play the game, the more chances you will have to find a match.

"Don't forget that you can add up to six photos to your profile, and having more photos will increase your chances of receiving right-swipes. We can also let you into a little secret: higher quality photos always perform better."

Her video has racked up 1.2 million views and more than 74,000 likes.

One person commented: "Men are a different breed."

Another wrote: "This is so funny HAHAHA."

Someone else said: "Why did my bf say the same thing but didn't actually email them?"

Another person said they found it 'hilarious', adding: "But that's a huge ick."

However, Jade brushed it off, responding: "It's okay I love him we all do stupid s*** when we're young."

She even posted another video replying to someone else's comment, who said her boyfriend was 'hot' after finding him on Instagram.

With her boyfriend joining her in the video, Jade wrote: "Lmao def had to be a glitch he's hawwwt."
