Man In Wolf Mask Arrested For Scaring People On New Year's Eve

A man in a wolf mask in Peshawar, Pakistan was arrested for frightening people on New Year's Eve.

Shah Qabool police detained the man after he was reportedly caught roaring at people in the unusual get-up.

The man was identified as Asad Khan and an investigation has been launched, according to Samaa News.

It's not clear what the motive was for this bizarre NYE celebration.

Perhaps he thought it was Halloween?

Or maybe he just got the wrong end of the stick about face masks.

Whatever the case may be, it finished off a dismal year with a bit of a giggle on social media:

It remains to be seen what exactly the wolf man was trying to accomplish, but it's clear he has tickled people all over the globe.

Let his arrest serve as a reminder to us all to wear our face masks - but not scary wolf masks.
