My housemate Shaun eats my food, insists on singing Bryan Adams really loudly at all hours and I'm pretty sure he recently, purposely locked me out of the house. With that all said, I wouldn't kill the guy.

Zachary Penton, 21, had different ideas about how to deal with a housemate he found annoying, though.

He shot and killed his 41-year-old roommate Daniel Garofalo after an 'altercation' in their Gilbert, Arizona home yesterday. Penton later called the police and confessed to the crime.

Not only that, he also Tweeted about the murder prior to carrying it out.

Makes a good case for following your housemates on social media that, doesn't it?

And here's some of his earlier material...

Police say a fight led to one roommate shooting another at a home near Chandler Heights and Higley roads on Sunday, with Penton currently in jail on the charge of murder.
