Cortez, 29, beat women from across the globe to be crowned Miss BumBum for a second time last October, having already scooped the, er, prestigious accolade back in 2015.
The annual beauty pageant does exactly what its name might suggest, pitting women against each other to see who has the best-looking rear end.
And it's what helped launch Cortez' career, which is now flourishing.
Speaking to the Daily Star, the Brazilian Playboy model said: "At OnlyFans as I am one of the main influencers I have different earnings from other models, by 2020 I will earn £192k ($250k) per month.
"The photos and videos I use for my account are the same as the ones I do for Playboy and my fans on here always respect me and never cross the line.
"My fans are from all over the world and on my social networks there are millions and sadly I can't always talk to everyone, but on OnlyFans I can speak to them."
On what fans can expect from her content, Cortez added: "There are lingerie, bikini and nude photoshoots and I have the option of the fan asking for the photoshoot theme.
"My fans are the best in the world and they're always very affectionate to me, but there are always a sassy ones too."
Cortez regained the Miss BumBum crown in October, taking home 50,000 BRL (£9,835) in endorsement deals - and becoming the first person ever to win the title twice.
More recently, the model has been busy adding to her small collection of tattoos - having revealed last week that she's now had Lionel Messi's face inked onto her lower tummy.
Sharing the artwork with her 2.1 million Instagram followers, Cortez explained that she was simply following through on a promise she made on TV.
She wrote: "The reason and reason why I got the tattoo of @leomessi's face. When I participated in the #NETenFOX program at @foxsportsmx I said that if #Messi won his sixth golden ball he would pay a very special tribute. I got this tattoo with the face of the best player in history. Did you like it?"
