Mum Forgets Two Kids During School Run And Has To Go Back For Them

If you have ever spoken to a parent, there is a very good chance that you have been lectured on the stresses of the dreaded 'school run'. And it seems that the rush of the morning commute got the better of one mum who actually forget her two kids and left without them.

A video filmed by the unnamed parent, who is believed to be from the US, has been doing the rounds on social media, showing her sat in her car after coming to the realisation that she had abandoned her offspring.
But she takes it all in her stride. Actually, she takes it a bit too well - laughing uncontrollably as she admits her mistake to the camera.
She says: "The kids are not in the car. I'm driving to school without my kids! I am taking the kids to school and I don't even have them in the car. I have to go back and pick them up."
The video was posted on Twitter and has received more than 377,000 likes and retweeted over 100,000 times.
Sharing the hilarious clip, one user wrote: "She rlly drove her kids to school but her kids weren't in the car. Can't stop laughing."
And as you'd expect, it garnered quite the reaction, with concerned followers.
One person wrote: "Imagine stepping outta the house, backpack in hand and seeing your moms pull out the driveway and speed down the block."
A second joked: "Can we send the police for a wellness check... cause I'm concerned."

"The definition of "I'm leaving in 5 minutes, with or without you," commented a third.
While another added: "Them kids probably still waiting."
But you will be pleased and, no doubt, relieved to learn that she did indeed go back for her kids.
In a separate video posted online, the lackadaisical mother can be seen returning home and picking her two boys up.
It should be noted, though, that her lads see the funny side of it and are chuckling as she stops by to grab them.
