A raft of new details have come to light in the investigation regarding the murder of Florida rapper XXXTentacion.
The musician, real name Jahsey Onfroy, was shot outside an auto dealership in Deerfield Beach, a Miami suburb, on Monday.
Police in Miami originally arrested a suspect, Dedrick Williams, but have now confirmed that they are searching for a second man in connection with the murder, which they think was a failed robbery.

Onfroy was shot in broad daylight on a busy road by two men outside of a motorcycle dealership - where one of the suspects had only recently purchased the mask that he was wearing at the time of the shooting.
"After a brief struggle, the victim is shot," said Detective John Curcio of the Broward County Sheriff's Office, in a sworn affidavit presented to a court in Florida.
"Homicide detectives are seeking additional suspects. The investigation continues."

Security camera footage alerted the police to Williams, who is a tattoo artist in the area, as his social media showed him wearing a pair of bright orange sandals, which - according to police - were visible in the CCTV.
Williams is currently in custody facing charges of murder, probation violations regarding car theft and driving without a licence.
He will appear before court in Broward County on Monday.
Previously unknown details have emerged about the rapper's life since his death last Monday.

His mother, Cleopatra Bernard, announced that he was expecting a child after she posted images of the scan to Instagram with the message: "He left us a final gift."
XXXTentacion was set to face criminal charges himself in connection with allegations that he had attacked his ex-girlfriend while she was pregnant with his child.
Onfroy had been in prison when he became a star in 2017, having been accused of aggravated battery of his former girlfriend and false imprisonment of her.

XXXTentacion had been widely criticised for his personal life and history of violent behaviour, leading to music streaming platforms such as Spotify to remove his music from their channels for a period of time.
