Imagine what they must have done to upset him?

A mystery person has issued a dramatic apology to someone named 'Tom' by pinning a large banner next to a roundabout.

Imagine what they must have done to upset him?

The banner was stuck on a fence next on a major Essex roundabout in Rayleigh.

It read: "I'm sorry Tom, please forgive me xxx."

The message was loud and clear, with many locals living near the A127 junction wondering who this mystery guy is?

After it was posted on Facebook, many in the comments were trying to figure it out.

The post was captioned: "Saw this on the Weir roundabout. Who is Tom? And what has she done?"

One user agreed with the caption and commented: "I saw it too early this morning wondered the same thing."

Whilst a second made an assumption that the person apologising could be a pet owner: "No good, her cat can't read."

He's making her sound like the 'crazy cat lady' from The Simpsons.

A final user thought they had it all figured out, writing: "Bet Tom got cheated on and now she wants him back. Poor Tom. Feeling for Tom. Go back to her."

Not a bad shout but it's safe to say that the potential reasons for the banner are endless.

Speaking of cheating though, TikTok users have revealed the 'craziest' ways they found out they were being cheated on.

First up, Mandi Kay Bowles from Oklahoma was speaking about her ex, and said: "I started noticing that his responses to our conversations were not really making sense. As in, he was sending me text messages that he was supposed to be sending to somebody else.

"I called him out on it and he was like, 'Ooh, babe, you know I'm random,' blah blah blah, whatever.

"Then, fast-forward, he comes over to my house wearing a hoodie that I'd never seen before. So, when I went to give him a hug, I noticed a very long, hot pink synthetic hair."

She continued: "Fast forward to, like, February whatever it was, I get a DM from a girl on Facebook that I never heard of, never seen before in my life, with a screenshot of their conversation arguing about me, and a picture of him and another b****, saying, 'Is this your man too?'"

A second user explained that on a night off, he and his ex went out to a bar for a few drinks, where a stranger approached him.

He explained: "Dude comes walking over to me and he was like, 'Yo, are you here with the blonde?' And I was like, 'Yeah.'

"He then proceeded to describe to me what my bedroom looked like."

Awks.
