In the clip, we see the helicopter slowly descend as a parachute flaps around beneath it - with a man hanging below.
The incident was captured on film by a local resident called Maxim Stefanovich, who immediately contacted the police and the military before sharing the clip on social media.
He said he had heard something while waiting on a nearby pavement, glancing up to notice the helicopter flying over the field.
Stefanovich explained that, at first, he thought it was the military testing new equipment, but realised something was wrong when he looked at the scene through the zoom on his phone camera - noticing the parachutist dangling underneath the chopper.

Stefanovich wrote: "I immediately called the police and asked them to contact the military as quickly as possible.
"I was thinking about how the man's health was, he was probably suffering with frostbite. It was minus 20 degrees Celsius out there.
"And under that tail rotor, it must be worse. How come the pilot did not see him and do something to save him?"
According to the news site Life, the unidentified parachutist was uninjured in the incident, and was thankfully brought to the ground safely.

The aircraft then begins to rapidly hurtle to the ground, eventually crashing into the dry grass below.
Remarkably, the helicopter remains upright as they reach the floor, as a voice can be heard asking: "Everybody okay?"
Everyone in the helicopter replies to say they're fine, before the pilot then says casually: "Sorry about that, boys."
Many people commented on the YouTube video to say how impressed they were with the landing, and the pilot's 'totally calm and collected' approach.

One user wrote: "That's not a crash. That's a perfect landing in a full-down engine failure. 10/10 for that pilot, right there."
