Social media is coming to the realisation that Twilight star Tay Lautner's fiancee will pretty much share the same name as the actor after they get married.
If she decides to take the actor's last name, Tay Dome will become Tay Lautner, who will be married to Taylor Lautner.
Yesterday (13 Nov) Lautner announcement the engagement on Instagram with a pic of him proposing down one knee to Dome, in front of, even more ironically, a big neon sign of his own last name.
The post has already racked up over one million likes.

However, over on Twitter, the more opinionated of the social media sites, fans have been in stitches after realising that they might go on to have the same name (pretty much).
"This is what we used to joke about when him and taylor swift were dating and now he's actually getting married to a taylor," one wrote.
A second joked: "First child name options: Taylor (if boy) Taylor (if girl)."
"I mean of course she doesn't have to change her name but for real he proposed in front of a big neon sign of his own last name?!" someone else pointed out.

Another added: "Bigger question is did he already have the LAUTNER neon sign or get it made especially so he can propose in front of his last name??
"And I Love when the men make the proposals about them."
A final user concluded: "Whats with taylor lautner, with guuuurls with the same name as he does??
"Is that a kink or something??"
I'm sure only Taylor knows the answer to the question, Lautner, not Swift.

Dome also posted a similar pic on her page and captioned it: "my absolute best friend.
"I CANNOT WAIT TO SPEND FOREVER WITH YOU."
According to Hollywood Life, the pair met through Taylor's younger sister Makena Lautner back in 2018.
They made their relationship IG official later that year.

Tay-Tay have since been pretty public about sharing their romance, particularly with the engagement.
