A Russian plane, carrying more than 70 people, has reportedly crashed in the Moscow area, with rescue teams en route to the location.

According to AFP, the Saratov Airlines domestic passenger plane took off from Domodedovo airport and was heading to Orsk.

There were 65 passengers and six crew on board and emergency services have told local media there's 'no chance' anyone could have survived.

The Spectator Index says the aircraft climbed to a height of 6,400 feet and six minutes after take off it disappeared from radar. It's reported to have crashed 50 miles south-east of Moscow.

More to come.
