Ryanair Launches Sale With Flights From The UK As Cheap As £5

You'd best be quick though

Ryanair has launched another massive sale on flights across Europe, with prices for one-way tickets beginning at just £5.

The sale includes flights from airports up and down the UK and includes destinations like Barcelona, Berlin and Majorca, to name just a few.

The travel window on this one is quite select, with the sale applying to flights booked to depart between 1 March and 31 March 2020.

Although you might not have a huge range of dates to travel on, you have loads of choice when it comes to where you can go.

So it all really depends on what you fancy. If you're the type who enjoys city breaks, then you're in luck because most of the flights are based on travel to cities.

You could opt to go and see some iconic sights - think the Eiffel Tower in Paris (£9.99 from Manchester), La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona (£9.99 from London Stansted) or the Coliseum in Rome (£9.99 from London Stanstead).

Paris, anyone?

Or if you prefer exploring places off the beaten track, there are alternative destinations crying out to you - the likes of Katowice in Poland (9.99 from London Stansted), Bratislava in Slovakia (£9.99 from Edinburgh) or - closer to home - Knock in Ireland (£5 from London Stansted).

Of course, if you've been living in the UK then you'll be well ready for a bit of sun and warmth as we deal with the perpetual grey of winter on these shores.

With it being March, you'll have to get creative with this one. You can choose to go to one of the usual suspects when you think of summer holidays. Flights to Ibiza are less than £10 in most cases - in March, you can expect an average temperature of about 17 degrees, with four days of rain. It's a risk, but one that could well pay off.

The rest of the Balearics - like Menorca (£16.99 from East Midlands) and Mallorca (£7.99 from London Southend), experience the same temperatures.

If you're really chasing the sun, then you have the option of going places that are a bit further south. Flights to Tenerife can be picked up for as little as £24.99 (from Leeds Bradford), with Fuerteventura coming in at £29 (from London Luton).

The other Canaries are also included, so for a very respectable average temperature of 21 degrees in March - they're a pretty reliable choice for some sun and warm weather.

Then there's Morocco - the north African country is both hot, cheap and also incredibly Instagrammable (that is a word, promise). You can get to the city of Fez, which is known as the country's cultural capital for less than £14 (from London Stansted). You can get to the actual capital for a bit more, but the cost of luxury accommodation when you're there is very reasonable.

If you want to snap them up though, you'll have to get your skates on - you have until 5 February to book in this sale.
