A stunning five-bedroom home set on its own private island in Sweden could be yours for £1.2 million ($1.4m) - or to look at it another way, around the same price as a terraced property in London.
Gåsharskäret is a beautiful little island in Soderhamn, Sweden, and it's just gone on the market through Sotheby's International Realty.
The idyllic island is home to pine trees and timber cabins, which make up the main dwelling.

Now, if you hear 'cabin' and assume this is going to be rustic living, then you couldn't be more wrong, because the property has a swish, modern feel with huge windows allowing lots of natural light, plus spacious rooms and decked areas where you can sit and admire the unbelievable view.
As well as the main house, there's also a sauna, beach house, guest house and studio. Fancy.
The island's listing reads: "This fantastic island, set amidst the outstanding natural beauty of the outer archipelago, has everything you could want for a rewarding, relaxing archipelago lifestyle, including a view of the horizon that lets you watch both the sun and moon rise from the sea.

"With architectural magnificence that fits in perfectly with the sensitive environment of this island, this home has an unbeatable setting where you can enjoy the evening sun as well as the liberating view out to a clear horizon.
"Last but not least, here you'll have privacy and tranquillity despite the proximity of the island to the wide range of services available in Söderhamn."
The eco-friendly property also comes with a wood-burning hot tub and a landing pad for a helicopter, of course.

Of course, the whopping £1.2m ($1.4m) price tag is probably enough to make it out of the average buyer's price range - but when you compare it to what you'd get in London for the same price, you've got to admit it's pretty bloody impressive.
