There are three people walking among us who have had their lives changed forever.

The country was collectively holding its breath last night when Powerball revealed the lucky numbers needed to win the record $110 million jackpot.

Well if you missed the draw or haven't checked the numbers yet, the winning digits you need were: 6, 13, 1, 11, 23, 27, 16 with the Powerball being 11.

It's the largest jackpot in Australia's history.

It was estimated 1 in every 3 Aussies bought a ticket.

According to Channel 7, the winning tickets were sold in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

Now, you don't have to have all those numbers above to be able to claim some cash, there are other options.

The Aussie news network has put together a helpful breakdown which shows what you could get with your ticket:

  • 7 numbers plus Powerball: $36,666,666.67
  • 7 numbers without Powerball: $49,276.10
  • 6 numbers with Powerball: $3,983.85
  • 6 numbers without Powerball: $410.95
  • 5 numbers plus Powerball: $143.10
  • 5 numbers without Powerball: $40.00
  • 4 numbers pus Powerball: $66.40
  • 3 numbers and Powerball: $16.80
  • 2 numbers plus Powerball: $10.35

The person from South Australia has already come forward to collect his prize, but it wasn't just the Division 1 that he scored.

The bloke also scored Division two 19 times, meaning he walked away with $37,602,912.27.

"Wow," he told TheLott after a pause.

"Thank you so much. That is incredible. I can't believe that. I am shaking so much. This is going to change so many lives."

The search is still on for the two winners from NSW and Victoria.

"The division one winning entry from Victoria is unregistered, which means we don't have any way of contacting the winner to break the life-changing news and have to wait for them to come forward to claim their prize," spokesperson for the Lott Bronwyn Spencer said.

"While the New South Wales entry was purchased online, unfortunately we don't have their complete contact details so we are unable to make a mind-blowing phone call to them this evening."
