A doctor on TikTok has revealed the most dangerous sex position - according to science - that happens to cause 50 percent of penis fractures. Watch him explain in the video below:

As shown in the clip, Dr Karan Raj said: "This is the most dangerous sex position according to science and it's the cause of 50 percent of penile fractures."

He claims that the 'reverse cowgirl' is the sex position that is most likely could cause some serious harm.

"If there is any erratic thrusting or if the movements of the two parties are not in sync, it could lead to the male jabberwocky slipping out and be crushed by the female pubic bone," he explains.

"Despite being boneless, penises can break.

"A penile fracture is actually a tear in the tunica albuginea.

"This is actually a rubbery sheath of tissue that allows the penis to enlarge during an erection."

He concludes: "You've been warned.

"Overenthusiastic sex can lead to your penis looking like an aubergine."

All we can say is... ouch.

Dr Raj shared the video with his 4.3 million followers earlier this week (4 October) and it has since racked up 2.3 million views and 208,200 likes.

Some of his followers were pretty gutted by the finding, with one saying: "This is my favourite position," followed by a sad face emoji.

Someone else commented: "They can just break, did I hear... well now I can finally take revenge."

Another viewer said: "My husband is now scared to come near me because of that."

A fourth added: "But that's the best position."

Some people were, understandably, rather concerned and one asked: "Just to clarify, by breaking it, will it look swollen and bigger? How long will this swelling last? Asking for a friend."

Another person wrote: "I heard mine crack from this position once."

Dr Karan answered people who wanted evidence for his claims and said: "Men coming to the emergency room with this issue."
