Ashlyn Grace took to TikTok to showcase the tattoo which read the name of their ex 'ALEXANDER', although, the pair broke things off just one week later.
The loved-up 21-year-old was left with huge bold letters running down their spine, which is now permanently inked on their body.
In the initial viral footage, Ashlyn wrote: "I heard you got a tattoo of your exes [sic] name and then broke up a week later."
In the video, they mimed the lyrics to Lizzo's 'Rumours': "All the rumours are true, yeah."

Next up, in the reveal video, Ashlyn admitted: "Don't be alarmed, it's a little big.
"I don't think there's a smart way to do this but, yep, I understood the assignment."

The two videos racked up a mega 7.1 and 5.4 million views with many responses in the comments section, as you'd expect.
One user joked: "Not the times new Roman size 48 font why."
Another added: "No you're good I barely noticed it tbh."
A third admitted: "That is the biggest name tattoo I ever did see."
Another commented: "The tattoo artist who did this needs to be put in federal prison."
A final user suggested: "Just make your whole back a word search."
To which, Ashlyn replied: "Hold up...I love this idea."
In a recent Reddit thread, tattoo artists have revealed some of the most 'f***ed up' requests they have received from people.

One tattoo artist recalled: "This young man wanted a tattoo on his back. It said something like, 'Lisa please forgive me'.
"I told asked him if this was some last ditch effort to get this girl back. He said yes, and I told him this is a really bad idea you shouldn't do this. He wanted the tattoo anyway, so he got it.
"If it worked out with him and the girl she will always remember this terrible thing he did that was so bad he had to go get a tattoo to try and prove how wrong he was.
"Or if it didn't work out with them, whoever he dated afterwards would ask him what terrible thing he did that was so bad he had to go get a tattoo to try fix things with his ex. It seemed like a no win scenario with that tattoo."
