The news of the little lad who died on a water slide shocked the world after some described the event as a 'decapitation'.
Now, two eye-witnesses have spoken out about what they saw at The Verrückt - the world's tallest water slide.

Jess Sanford and Melanie Gocke were at Kansas City's Schlitterbahn water park and had ridden the same ride as victim, Caleb Thomas Schwab, earlier that day.
Witness to water slide accident: I saw him slide down, "and then I saw the blood"
They spoke to CNN about what they saw. Gocke explained: "When I heard a noise that didn't sound like it was supposed to come from that kind of ride, that's when I turned around.
"I didn't understand what was going on so I only saw Caleb sliding down the last half of the slide, and then I saw the blood."

Apparently, staff started running over after people began shouting for help. Once they were faced with Caleb's body, no-one attempted to revive him as it was evidently futile. Instead, they attended to the two women who had accompanied Caleb on the ride. Sanford said: "They realised that he was dead, so I don't think they tried to revive him."
Describing the safety features on the ride, she said: "You'd think for something that's supposed to be known for being the tallest slide in the world they'd have a little bit more secure straps than Velcro."
Police have claimed that Schwab's death was due to a neck injury but are still investigating.
