An 18-year-old woman has been charged with murder after the body of a man was found dumped on the roof of a McDonald's in New York.
Ayame Stamoulis was arrested on Thursday (16 July) evening after the body of Richard Hamlet was found wrapped in plastic bag on top of the restaurant in the Bronx.
According to reports, police believe Stamoulis, along with two other men, broke into Mr Hamlet's apartment before beating him and choking him.

It was also reported that Mr Hamlet had been allegedly forced to drink a caustic liquid.
They then allegedly wrapped his body up and threw it off the building's roof and onto the McDonald's on East 149 St. next to Lincoln Hospital.
Police are now looking for the two other men thought to have been involved in Mr Hamlet's death.

At around 6am on Wednesday morning, police responded to a call from a maintenance worker who found Mr Hamlet's body on the building's roof.
Speaking to ABC News about the bizarre case, local resident Ronald Simmons said: "That's crazy. I live down the block, for this to happen!"
Madeline Cancel also told the publication: "This is sad this is happening aside from all the bad things already happening, we should be helping each other not killing each other."
