A woman who is often mistaken for being in her twenties has stunned TikTok users by revealing her real age, having joked that she must be some sort of 'vampire'. Watch below:

Jesica Ferraro (@jes.breathe) posted a video in which she shares an 'unexpected' fact about herself.

In the video, she lip-syncs along to the popular TikTok song 'International Super Spy', which originally comes from The Backyardigans, where a character called Pablo sang: "There's one thing you can expect from me and that's the unexpected... 'Cause I'm an international super spy."

Ferraro wrote in the video: "When people think you're late 20s-30s... But you're 41."

Many other users were flummoxed by the revelation, with responses ranging from 'WHAT' and 'EXCUSE ME' to 'Holy moly'.

"CEASE AND DESIST, MA'AM," one person wrote.

"Wait.. WHAT?!" another said in disbelief.

Others asked for Ferraro to share the secrets to her youthful looks, with one saying: "You simply cannot just show us this and then not drop the skin care routine."

However, Ferraro simply replied: "Vampire. Shuuusshhhh."

Another person asked her: "Okay but how do you feel physically because I'm 27 going on 52?"

Ferraro admitted that, while she looked young, there were some things she couldn't change about getting older.

"My bones make noises," she replied.

And one person had a confession of their own, writing: "I'm 50 and I tell people I'm 62 so they think I look good."

Ingenious.

Recently, another TikToker posed a video about how the school kids she taught had a weird misconception that she was really, really old - despite the fact she was just 27 at the time.

Johanna Falzone (@doll_legs) said she was 'baffled' as to 'why young people think being young is old', having shared an anecdote about an exchange she had with a student a couple of years ago - when she was just 27.

In a TikTok video, stitched from another user called Katie (@katiejgln), she said: "I noticed the most insulting attitudes coming from kids and I'm going to tell you why.

"I had a third grader a couple of years ago and she's like, 'Oh, Miss Falzone you're so pretty, blah blah blah blah. How old are you? You've gotta be, like, 18 or something?'

"And I'm like, 'I've got a full time job as a teacher, what the heck?' And I said to her, 'No, I'm 27.'

"And she's like, 'Oh my God, you're that old?'

"I don't understand how kids are thinking that being young is old."
