Donald Trump Is Up For A Scrap With Former Vice President Joe Biden

Them's fightin' tweets.

It feels like a while since we've had a good, old fashioned, Donald Trump Twitter meltdown.

The President has still been tweeting, obviously, nothing could stop him doing that, but he hasn't had a bizarre rant at someone for a decent while now.

Luckily for us, The Donald is back!

This time, he's responding to some - to be fair - fairly bizarre comments from former Vice President Joe Biden.

Biden was speaking at a rally organised by the University of Miami College Democrats on Tuesday when he discussed the 2016 footage of Trump talking with TV host Billy Bush on Access Hollywood.

In the footage, shot in 2005, the President made some pretty unsavoury remarks about women. You don't need me to spell out exactly what he said he could do, or where to - we already know.

Biden said: "When a guy who ended up becoming our national leader said, 'I can grab a woman anywhere and she likes it,' and then said, 'I made a mistake'...

"They asked me would I like to debate this gentleman, and I said no. I said, 'If we were in high school, I'd take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.'"

At the time of the video, Trump said the video was an example of 'locker room talk' to which Biden added: "I've been in a lot of locker rooms my whole life. I'm a pretty damn good athlete.

"Any guy that talked that way was usually the fattest, ugliest S.O.B. in the room."

Bodyshaming, Joe? Seriously? Still, the Miami crowd laughed, and Biden probably thought nothing more of it, but nothing gets past the beady eyes of the 45th POTUS.

He responded with a pretty fiery paragraph.

Wow. Two men in their 70s talking about having a scrap behind a gym. That's weird even before you factor into the equation the fact that they're both politicians, and one is the President of the USA.

Surely that fight would attract more pay per view subscriptions than KSI vs Logan Paul...? Trump was once in the WWE too, remember?

Anyway, it might not be the last time we see these two square off.

Biden has not ruled out running against Trump for the presidency in 2020 - so there's plenty more fuel for this fire.

We can only hope Trump has some more fightin' tweets prepared.
