Stormy Daniels, the porn star reported to have been paid $130,000 (£91,257) to keep quiet about having sex with Donald Trump, refused to reveal whether she slept with the president in her first TV interview.

Daniels, real name Stephanie Clifford, was interviewed for Inside Edition about the alleged affair.

In a teaser clip released ahead of the interview, which is broadcast later today, Daniels is asked: "Did you have a sexual relationship with Donald Trump?" And responds only with a smile.

She also opened up about being overwhelmed after being splashed all over the news in recent days, telling the interviewer: "No one ever looked twice at me before, Now everyone is looking at me."

The 38-year-old actress made headlines around the world after accusations she was paid $130,000 'hush money' by Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen to keep the affair a secret.

In an interview with In Touch magazine from 2011, but only published in full last week, Daniels had claimed she had had a year-long affair with Trump after having sex in 2006, alleged to have happened just months after Trump's wife Melania had given birth to their son.

In the In Touch interview, Daniels said: "The sex was nothing crazy. He wasn't like, 'chain me to the bed' or anything. It was one position."

Before saying that Trump seemed 'smitten' after the encounter, asking her when he could see her again.

She told the magazine that the pair met at a celebrity charity golf tournament at the Harrah's Casino in Lake Tahoe, and that the future president had beckoned her over to the bed after she used the bathroom in his suite. She said the pair didn't use protection during the 'textbook generic' sex.

"I can definitely describe his junk perfectly, if I ever have to," she said in the 2011 interview.

The magazine also wrote that Daniels had taken and passed a lie detector test at the time.

However, she later retracted her claims. Cohen said Trump 'vehemently denies any such occurrence as has Ms Daniels'.

Following on from the recent media storm she's found herself in, Daniels is now doing a tour called 'Make America Horny Again', which launched in South Carolina last weekend.
