Anthony Joshua has defeated Dominic Breazeale to retain his IBF crown.

Joshua and Breazeale met at the O2 Arena in London tonight, where Breazeale unsuccessfully attempted to take the IBF world heavyweight championship from Joshua.

The 26-year-old beat the American with a knockout in the seventh round, taking his record to 17 wins from 17 fights.
