Fans Troll Neighbours Who Are Watching Match 30 Seconds Behind Their Stream

Watching a football match is one one of life's few remaining pleasures, however, technology can sometimes scupper that. And one group of fans found this out the hard way. Watch below:

They were cheering on the Netherlands in their Euro 2020 game against Austria recently when their neghbours decided to have a laugh at their expense.

Sat in their garden with a bunch of pals and a big screen, they had the perfect set-up. Perfect, that is, except for the stream they were using to watch the match.

Now, this wouldn't have been such a big issue if another group in a flat above weren't also watching the same game... 30 seconds ahead.

And the pranksters up above couldn't help themselves when the opportunity arose for a wind-up.

In a video posted by Carlos van Erven to his Instagram account, the lads can be seen watching on as the Netherlands miss a gilt-edged chance to go two goals up against the Austrians.

But rather than offering the typical groan when presented with a miss, these fans start screaming and roaring as if the Dutch player had doubled the lead and not ballooned it over the bar.

Hearing the commotion, the group below jump to their feet anticipating the goal, one that doesn't come.

When it doesn't, the jokers burst out laughing.

They're not the only ones who found it all very amusing either.

Commenting on Twitter, one viewer said: "Haha that's perfect prank. That miss though."

Another said: "That's unreal banter lmaoo."

A third wrote: "That is some epic trolling," while yet another added: "This is evil."

The Euros are always filled with weird and wonderful moments, whether it's great goals or Joachim Löw sniffing his fingers.

For example, a woman became a viral sensation today for her terrified reaction to Hungary's goal celebration against France.

The Hungarians took the lead against the world champions during their group game at Euro 2020 this afternoon (19 June).

And when the players raced over to their fans in the stands, they couldn't contain their joy, jumping over the barriers and crashing into a table by the side of the pitch.

Sitting at that table was a woman who was not paying attention to the hoard of players rushing towards her, and only realised what was going on when they were right on top of her.

Unsurprisingly, she looked utterly terrified. As you would.
