A skateboarder has suffered a very painful-looking injury at the Tokyo Olympics, having sped crotch-first into a metal pole.
Skateboarding made its Olympic debut today as a new addition to the games, which this year are taking place in Japan.
:boom: That's gotta :scream:

But the historic day proved particularly gnarly for Peruvian star Angelo Caro Narvaez, 21, who came off his board and went sailing into a metal pole.
In footage, we see Narvaez grind effortlessly down a first rail, before his weight shifts backwards slightly as he lands - in turn sending him flying backwards into the next obstacle.
The clip was shared on Twitter by various fans watching at home, with one writing: "Yikes."

Worse still, it looks like he may have done it in front of none other than Tony Hawk, who had rocked up to check out the talent on display today.
The legendary skater tweeted: "I'm currently at the inaugural Olympic skateboarding event as The Faction's 'Skate and Destroy' plays over the loudspeakers. Welcome to our world."
Despite the rocky start, Narvaez managed to bounce back to secure a fifth-place finish, with a score of 32.87.
Gold ended up going to Japan's Yuto Horigome, while Brazilian Kelvin Hoefler landed silver.
The bronze medal, meanwhile, was won by American skateboarder Jagger Eaton, who was branded a 'legend' after competing while wearing AirPods.
The 20-year-old impressed viewers watching along at home with his seriously casual approach to the competition, having made sure he had his AirPods in while he skated.
One person tweeted: "Jagger Eaton deserves the gold medal just for keeping his airpods in for the whole run."
Another wrote: "Jagger Eaton skating with his airpods in and finishing his heat in first place... legend behaviour."
Many others wanted to know the same thing, with one writing: "I want to know what Jagger Eaton is listening to while he skates lmaoo."
And it turns out there's something of an answer to that, with Mitch Carr, an anchor for Arizona's 12 News, tweeting to say he'd actually managed to ask him in a previous interview.
Carr wrote: "I've seen some folks ask what music Jagger Eaton is listening to after his air pods flew off during his street session. Here's what he told me last month."
In a clip posted alongside the tweet, Eaton revealed: "The music I listen to before I compete is a little bit of old country and rap."
He continued: "That comes from my roots, honestly. I grew up with all the old country artists and as far as new rap that's just a part of my life, I guess - just being in skateboarding."
