Footage captures the moment a spectator at a cycling race decided to walk out onto the track as a competitor sped towards the finish line - in turn sending both of them crashing to the ground.
The bizarre incident took place at the Condaca Salmor Bike event on El Hierro, one of Spain's Canary Islands, on Saturday 23 October.

The video clip shows the apparent frontrunner sprinting towards the finish line that marked the end of the 88km (55m) route, as members of the public lining the street watch on.
At one point, a male spectator is seen crossing from one side of the road to the other, thankfully with plenty of time to make it across before the cyclists approach.
However, shortly after, a woman inexplicably decides to follow suit, attempting to cross even though one competitor is now much closer to the crowds.

She reaches the middle of the track just as the athlete does, and the two collide instantly, each hurtling to the floor.
Medics attended to both people, with the woman only requiring treatment for minor injuries at the scene.
The cyclist, however, had to be taken by ambulance to the Nuestra Senora de Los Reyes Hospital in the island's capital, Valverde, to receive treatment for a 'moderate' head injury.

According to reports, the unnamed man suffered memory loss in the incident.
Local news outlet Cope also reports that the Spanish Civil Guard got involved in the incident, but it is not clear if any criminal charges have been pressed.
It is also not known why the woman ran out onto the track, although some reports have speculated that she was simply trying to get to the other side.

The news follows a similar incident at this year's Tour de France, when a 30-year-old woman caused a huge pile-up after stepping onto the track to hold up a cardboard sign for her grandparents as cyclists passed.
German competitor Tony Martin was the first to go tumbling down after colliding with the sign, creating a domino effect of others around him.
At a news conference after the crash, local prosecutor Camille Miansoni said: "The suspect has expressed her feelings of shame and fear about the consequences of her act.

"She said she is worried about the media attention for what she has called her 'stupidity'."
Police chief Nicolas Duvinage also called for the woman not to be 'lynched' on social media, while race director Christian Prudhomme said the incident had been 'blown out of proportion'.
Speaking to Reuters, he said: "We are withdrawing our complaint. This story has been blown out of proportion but we wish to remind everyone of the safety rules on the race.
"If you come to the Tour, you hold your kid, you hold your pet and don't cross the road carelessly. And above all, you respect the riders - they're the ones worthy of live TV."
