In the picture shared, 48-year-old Simon and 30-year-old Derrina look as happy as can be, and could be seen holding hands as they walked down the aisle together as man and wife.
He captioned the photo: "Love. Wins."
Former Blue Peter presenter Angellica Bell seems to have been one of the guests lucky enough to attend the ceremony, as she shared another post that read: "Thank you for letting us share your special day."
Simon had previously been married to Gemma Thomas until her death in 2017. The pair had one son, 11-year-old Ethan.
Gemma died suddenly, just three days after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia.
Simon later wrote a book about his tragic experience, entitled Love, Interrupted: Navigating Grief One Day At A Time.
In that book, he described the grief and guilt he had suffered after Gemma died for not insisting she seek medical treatment sooner.
He wrote: "In her final week, she went to the GP twice, but each time was sent home without even a blood test. Whenever I relive that time in my mind, the guilt is always there, nagging away at me.
"I'm still asking myself those same questions: 'Why the hell didn't you do something? Why didn't you pick her up, carry her to the car and take her straight to hospital before it got so bad?'"
Around a year after Gemma's death, he revealed he was dating once again, and described Derrina on BBC Radio 5 Live as an 'amazing woman who has stood shoulder to shoulder with me in some of my darkest hours and has become a rock not just for me, but for my boy, too.'
Simon's son Ethan, as well as friend Dan Ritchie, performed their roles as best men, and Ethan was photographed wearing a suit and waistcoat while delivering his speech.
Sharing that photo, Simon wrote: "And I couldn't have asked for two better best men - my legend of a mate @danjmritchie and Ethan whose speech was just... well... amazing. We're so so proud of him."
