A grandma and her friend who broke their legs after drunkenly breaking into a pool and going down the water slide are threatening legal action.
Claire Vickers had been at the boozer for four hours on 4 August before heading to her pal Barry Douglas' house for some more beverages.
But during the early hours, they decided to break into Aldershot Lido leisure park in Hampshire for an inebriated splash about - but the decision to go down the water slide proved to be an extremely unwise one.
The pair threw themselves down together, oblivious to the fact a barrier had been placed at the exit.

The mum-of-five and forklift driver Baz subsequently smashed into the blockage, leaving them trapped with horrific injuries.
Claire's snapped shin popped out of her skin on her right leg, and she completely shattered her left foot whilst Barry broke a leg and both feet.
No police action was taken against the pair and Claire admitted they had been 'idiots' - but now they're threatening legal action against the swimming pool.
Appearing today (5 October) on This Morning, Baz said security and fencing at the site isn't good enough and 'there will be legal action being taken'.

Claire added: "I just think that everybody makes a mistake. Everybody has got drunk at some point in their life and made a silly choice, and that's what this was."
Reflecting on the aftermath of their ill-fated ride on the slide, 46-year-old Claire said: "It was like a scene out of a horror film like Saw.
"I'll never forget what I saw. The blood was pouring out at this point and I was starting to feel faint and cold.

"I kept checking on Barry but he stopped moving and making any noise. I looked over at him he was in the foetal position and silent, that's when I thought we were both going to die in that slide.
"I remember thinking no one is going to find us."
Mercifully, police - who had received calls from residents who suspected that kids had broken into the pool - arrived at around 3.45am, almost two hours after they made the massive error of judgement.
They were taken to Frimley Park Hospital in Camberley, but their injuries were too severe for treatment there so they were transferred to St George's Hospital in Tooting.
And while their injuries were horrific, it could have ended much, much worse.

Claire said: "I'm still having nightmares about it now, one month on. I nearly went head first, I would have been dead."
Baz too has been left physically and mentally scarred by the ordeal.
The 44-year-old said: "I'll be lucky if I ever get to go near a water slide in my life again. Even thinking about going past that place gives me nightmares."
