The 30-year-old actress and comedian played Charlotte Hinchcliffe on the Channel 4 sitcom - and for some, she's never quite been able to shake the role.
Speaking to The Mirror, Emily said: "I've been called Charlotte by three different dates.
"I've always forgiven it because they genuinely haven't meant to do it, and I can see the absolute look of horror on their faces when they realise.
"I've laughed it off, although once I was sleeping with someone when they said it and it was like, 'oh for f***s sake' - I still carried on though."
Since she was on the show, she's appeared on reality series including Dancing On Ice and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.
She's also created her own stand-up tour and sketch show - appropriately named The Emily Atack Show.
In a press release, Emily said: "I am thrilled to be announcing this. I want to create and write a sketch show that gives snap shots into the weird and hilarious world of everyday life as a young (ish) person.
"I can guarantee whatever age you are you will relate in some way! It's a dream come true, since I was a child this is the kind of television I've wanted to make and be part of. I can't quite believe it."
But her success comes at a price.
The writer and actress recently shared some pretty vile messages she got from one of her followers who claimed he was outside her new home.
The star shared screenshots of the messages on her Instagram story.
In one, the random guy told 30-year-old Emily: "im outside ur house not w***ed in a month," followed by: "god i f*** u hard in back of van." Sounds promising, right?
In another story, Emily posted a selfie in the back of a taxi alongside a comment joking that she was riding inside a Fake Taxi (the porn films).
The anonymous fella replied to this one saying: "Skint again getting another free taxi," which led Emily to share that comment as well with the caption: "He's missed the joke there, bless.. good luck to him."
