An Etsy seller has shared a hilarious review left by a customer, who felt it wise to point out that there was a slight flaw in the design of the product. She explains it in the clip below:
Charlotte, who is based in Leicester, specialises in rustic sign making and sells items via Etsy at BohemianForestDesign.

One product she offers is a 'Mother's Day Mama Bear wood slice wall hanging', which features a mother bear and her cub, alongside a message that reads: "Mum, thanks for leading the way, I love you."
In a recent TikTok video, Charlotte (@bohemianforestdesigns) shared a review she received last month, from a woman who'd received the wall hanging as a Mother's Day present.
While she loved the item and gave it a five-star rating, she also pointed out that there was a bit of a problem with the design - specifically the placement of the knot in the wood, which just so happens to fall on the mother bear's backside.
In her video, Charlotte said: "Thinking about when I got the most embarrassing review on my Etsy shop."

She then cut to the review, which said: "Loved my Mother's Day present, but my daughter was very upset about what we are now affectionately calling 'butt hole bear'.
"It made me laugh, but made her cry.
"Maybe consider tweaking the design so the central knot becomes a nose instead of... well, you know what!"
In a later post, Charlotte said she has since 'tweaked the design', so that the knot of the wood no longer falls in such an unfortunate place.

"I tweaked the design as I just couldn't unsee this," she said.
"Better."
The new design features the same mother and cub, although this time the mother's rear sits slightly above the hole in the wood to avoid the whole 'butt hole bear' issue.
Charlotte's first video has racked up 96,000 views and 11,000 likes, while her follow-up has had 121,000 views and 13,000 likes.

Some people commented to say the new version looks 'a lot better', with some saying the knot now looks like a 'tail'.
One person wrote: "This is awesome. I'm so happy they were polite about it."
But many others asked if the original was still available.
"I'm so glad they were polite but I kind of really want the old design," one TikTok user said.

"I'm pleasantly surprised how many people said this," Charlotte replied, also saying to another: "I'm keeping the other design for the people who like the old design."
