KSI has revealed that he's made $5 million (£3.53 million) by investing in cryptocurrencies. Watch him discuss the healthy little earner here:

Appearing on The British Entrepreneur Podcast, the 27-year-old YouTuber said he'd earnt himself a fat pot of cash by investing in digital moolah.

"I just started putting millions into it," he said.

"I was like, 'Yo let's go'. Like, there's no point in being like 50k, 20k, I was like, 'Nah, I'm gonna go balls deep.'

"And now I'm like - I put like a million in - and now I'm like five million up... But I've invested in Altcoins, as well as Bitcoin, as well as Ethereum and all these other things."

He added: "It's just incredible, incredible ... And it's crazy that I only knew about this a few months ago."

Yeah, can't scrimp it with like FIFTY GRAND, na it's gotta be at least a mill to make it worth your while.

KSI is certainly doing well for himself.

Yep, KSI - or Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, as he's less well known - is sounding a little like Donald Trump here, who infamously referenced the 'small loan of a million dollars' he got from his father.

But hey, if I could see a fiver investment turn into 25 quid in just a few months I'd be pretty happy with that, so maybe it could be worth getting involved in the murky and confusing world of cryptocurrency.

That said, Elon Musk was able to reduce the value of Dogecoin by more than a third at the weekend when he labelled it a a 'hustle' while guest hosting Saturday Night Live.

The cryptocurrency, which began as a bit of a joke on social media, has been massively boosted by the tweets of SpaceX founder, which have brought it into the mainstream.

Musk played a financial expert on SNL and was asked repeatedly to explain what Dogecoin is.

After telling co-host Michael Che to call him 'The Dogefather', he went on to explain: "It [Dogecoin] started as a joke based on an internet meme but now it has taken off in a very real way."

After Che removed a dollar bill from his pocket, Musk went on to add: "It's about as real as that dollar.

"It is the future of currency, it is an unstoppable financial vehicle that is going to take over the world."

Still not happy with the answer, Che asked: "What is it, man?"

Musk responded: "I keep telling you it's a cryptocurrency you can trade for conventional money."

Che then said: "Oh, so it's a hustle?" To which Musk agreed: "Yeah, it's a hustle."
