Video footage shows the moment a man practically drapes himself over the bonnet of a car before slowly slumping to the ground in a suspected 'crash for cash' attempt.
The clip, which was taken from another car, shows the man stumbling across the road - right in the path of a slow-moving silver Vauxhall.
The car stops but the bloke doesn't - he rolls across the bonnet and slumps to the ground before lying motionless on the floor in the fetal position, as bemused passers-by watch the situation unfold.

The incident happened on Chapel Street in Luton, Bedfordshire, and was uploaded to Facebook on Sunday, with the caption: "Accident on Chapel Street loool."
The use of 'loool' is understandable.
The clip can be seen eyeing up the vehicle as it approaches, before he flops onto the bonnet.

The car stops, just in time for the man takes his opportunity. He then lies on the car for five seconds before sliding down the vehicle and laying on the ground in a dramatic fashion.
Perhaps it's actually an Oscar he's after, or at the very least a Razzie.
The clip was also uploaded to the Facebook page 'The Yorkshire Bible' where many have commented on the bizarre incident.

One person commented: "Best actor award goes to the dude in black," another added: "Just run him down for f*** sake." A third wrote: "What a f****** pleb."
Bedfordshire Police confirmed they were called out to the incident and the man declined medical attention.
A spokeswoman said: "We were called on Sunday (23 June) at around 2pm to a report of concern for welfare for a man in Chapel Street, Luton. The ambulance service also attended and spoke with the man who declined medical attention and then left the scene."
This comes after a man threw himself onto the bonnet of a car in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire earlier this year.

Dash cam footage shows how the man deliberately threw himself onto Ryan Johnson's car as he was driving at a speed of around 30mph in a residential street.
