There was even a double decker bus packed with passengers.

A local who was waiting for a bus in Stapenhill spotted the 'completely nude' man working out in broad daylight.

The 30-year-old witness, who did not want to be named, couldn't believe what they saw, saying: "It was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen.

"He was there for a good couple of minutes just doing squats on the bridge.

"I didn't know what to think.

"There were lots of people looking on in complete shock, including a double decker bus full of people.

"I think people should know because they might want to stay away from Stapenhill Gardens in case they run into him.

"I don't know where he is or what he is doing now because I had to get on the bus.

"I still cannot believe what I just saw."

Staffordshire Police has been contacted for comment.

Meanwhile, over in Canada a motorist recently got altogether scarier experience while on the road, having seen a truck lose control and flip off the road onto a house - shocking scenes that were captured by the driver's dashcam.

The terrifying clip was taken from the car of Denis Lefebvre, who was driving in Alban.

The short video was posted on Facebook by Denis' wife, along with the caption: "Gosh... Denis witnessed this on his way home from work today. Caught on dashcam."

It's understood no one was injured during the incident and the owners of the home were in their garage behind the property when the crash happened.

According to CTV News, the male driver of the truck has since been charged with careless driving.

The truck's passenger, Dylan Cox, told the news channel: "I had no idea what was going on at first.

"I had to gather my senses, gather my stuff, and then leave the truck. And that's when I noticed we're on a house."
