The funeral for Stephen Hawking took place at the weekend before his ashes were buried near the grave of Sir Isaac Newton at Westminster Abbey.
But as the world officially said goodbye to the renowned theoretical physicist, it seems as though he had one last gift he wanted to give to the community where he died.
FoodCycle Cambridge is a charity that provides food for people in the area at Wesley Methodist Church every Saturday. The Cambridge site is one of 40 around the UK.
Staff were thrilled when they turned up on the day of Mr Hawking's funeral to find his family had donated money towards their Easter meal to make it 'extra special'.

They had a 'little cheer' before tucking into their meal for Stephen and his family for their support.
FoodCycle East of England Regional Manager Alex Collis told ITV: "Lucy Hawking contacted me and mentioned that the family would like to make a donation so that while the funeral was taking place people would be sitting down to a hot meal 'on Stephen'.

"It was a really kind gesture that I think fitted well with the sympathy Prof Hawking felt for people who were having a tough time of things."
"The meals are open to anyone and there's no need to book or have a voucher - no questions are asked and the meals have a great community feel with groups of difference people who might not otherwise meeting sitting down round a table together."
Last year FoodCycle pumped out 6,300 meals which included more than 9,000kg of food.
Plenty of celebrities were present at Mr Hawking's funeral, including Eddie Redmayne who played Stephen in the critically acclaimed The Theory of Everything. Model Lily Cole, newsreader Charlotte Hawkins and Queen guitarist Brian May were also in attendance, as was comedian Dara Ó Briain, who made a documentary about Hawking in 2015.
Once the funeral was over, the Great St Mary's Church bell rang 76 times, one for each year of Stephen's life.
