The contents of letters written by jailed serial killer Levi Bellfield have been made public by one of his pen pals.

Bellfield - who was convicted of the 2002 murder of 13-year-old school girl Milly Dowler in 2011 - told a friend how he is attracted to TV presenter Holly Willoughby and TV journalist Isabel Oakeshott.

The 49-year-old, who was jailed for life in 2008 for the murdered of student Amelie Delagrange and teenager Marsha McDonnell, wrote that he was very attracted to both Willoughby and Oakeshott.

"That Isabel Oakeshott is blonde and very very sexy," he wrote in a letter obtained by the Sun. "Her and Holly are my type and two I would love to have met.

"Busty and blonde does it for me, big time. I have pictures of both."

In the letters, the killer, who has converted to Islam and now writes as Yusuf Rahim, also admitted he liked watching Loose Women but that he thought panelist Katie Price - formerly known as Jordan - had lost her looks. In fact, he compared her to the late singer of Dead Or Alive.

"I'm not too keen on too much TV, however I never miss Loose Women.

"Katie Price is not so hot now, believe me she was a lot better than she is now and that's from my own personal experience.

"In real life she used to look OK, now she looks like Pete Burns."

Bellfield's crimes were almost exclusively committed against blonde women, and his ex-partner, Johanna Collings has spoken of how she once found a magazine in which Bellfield had slashed pictures of blondes with a knife.

To add injury to insult, in another letter Bellfield - who is over six feet tall and weighs almost 20 stone - boasted about receiving nearly £6,000 in compensation another inmate attacked him and left him with minor injuries.

Including a photocopy of him pulling down his lip after the attach, he wrote: "As you can see it was no more than a fat lip. I will take them on legally and win, after all I am the legal funding king. The fight I had I blamed the prison and won.

"It cost them over £40,000 in legal fees fighting me, they paid for all my solicitors and experts' fees and gave me £5,800 compensation.

"Lovely, nearly six grand for a scratch on my lip. I'll take that all day long."

Conservative MP Alec Shelbrooke said that someone like Bellfield receiving compensation was an affront to justice.

"Levi Bellfield is a disgusting, loathsome individual," he said. "Once you have decided to remove yourself from the rules of society, which he did, you should not then be able to decide when those rules apply to you.

"On this basis, I have always said that prisoners therefore should not be able to receive compensation.

"Any money could be linked to proceeds of crime and I would urge the Justice Department to look into confiscating this money."

Initially imprisoned at Wakefield, West Yorkshire, Bellfield was moved to HMP Frankland - which also houses Yorkshire ripper Peter Sutcliffe and Soham murderer Ian Huntley - in Country Durham, which, according to his letters, he much prefers.
