A nurse has been struck off after setting off a fire alarm so he could watch a colleague's boobs bounce.

Aaron Kibaja was dragged up before the Nursing and Midwifery Council to face allegations of misconduct dating from 2012-2016, which included setting off the alarm at Highbury Hospital's dementia ward in Nottingham in with the sole purpose of watching a colleague run.

He was also accused of then mimicking the woman and how her breasts moved moments later.

A number of other women also came forward to speak out about his inappropriate behaviour.

One said that when she returned to work with a wrist injury, Kibaja had told her it must have been frustrating for her partner as she could no longer 'give him a hand job', but added that she could still give him oral sex.

It was alleged that he would deliberately stand in doorways so colleagues couldn't pass him without having to touch him, and that he would drop keys or pens on the floor and make the women pick them up for him.

Another woman said he asked her if he could touch her bum, adding, 'I could give it to you from behind', before telling her: 'Go on, you know you want to'. She claimed that on one occasion, Kibaja had called her and told her he missed her before breathing heavily down the phone.

The nurse denied the claims, telling the tribunal: "From the time the allegations was said about me it has never been the same, not only for myself - I am a father with four kids. I so love my wife - I married her in 2015.

"That was in February and the allegations came around the time I lost my dad in December. From the beginning I am telling the truth and only the truth and that is what I will still say now."

He said that a comment he made about a 'fine rump' was, in fact, referring to a steak he planned on having for his tea.

However, the panel didn't believe his claims and ruled to have him struck off the nursing register, saying his behaviour was 'sexually motivated'.
