Anthony Joshua is set to face Joseph Parker in a world heavyweight unification fight on 31 March.
Twenty-eight-year-old Joshua holds both the IBF and WBA belts, whereas Kiwi fighter Parker is the WBO champ.
The fight will take place at Cardiff's Principality stadium, where Joshua defended his titles in October last year.
Promoter Eddie Hearn tweeted: "It's on!"
Adding: "It's the first time in history two reigning heavyweight champs have fought in Britain."

In a recent interview with The Telegraph, Parker promised to ' smash to bits the man with the glass chin'.
Parker
has an undefeated professional record, with 18 knockouts out of 24 fights.
Joshua is also undefeated with an impressive 20 knockouts in 20 bouts.
