This is the moment Tommy Robinson kicked off at restaurant staff who refused to serve him:

Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, is a right-wing activist and the former leader of the English Defence League.

He recently videoed the moment he was asked to leave Wing Kingz in Milton Keynes, UK, with a member of staff telling him: "Unfortunately none of our staff are happy to serve you so can you please leave the restaurant."

To that, Robinson asks: "Can you explain why?" The woman replies: "I'm pretty sure you know why... I'm not discriminating against you."

At that point, 38-year-old Robinson threatened to get 500 people down to the eatery and 'shut the restaurant down', adding: "You wouldn't take discrimination, I'm not going to take discrimination."

Now Wing Kingz has defended the decision to refuse service as well as thank people for the support.

They wrote: "As you may be aware, Wing Kingz has received many fake negative reviews over the past few days. This is following an incident whereby our team were made to feel uncomfortable by a customer.

"Wing Kingz does not tolerate racism or discrimination in any shape or form. We are a diverse business with customers and staff from all backgrounds and are committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment for everyone who steps through our doors."

The restaurant went on: "This matter is now with the police, and anything further will be dealt with by them.

"To our wonderful customers, friends and family, thank you for your continued support."

Responding to the post from the company, one person wrote: "Huge respect to your staff, many of them very young, for standing up for decency. Will definitely be visiting to support you."

Another added: "I can only applaud your staff and their response to having had a visit from that person. If I'm ever up that way I shall be seeking you out for some quality food."

A third commented: "The highest praise for the actions of your staff. People who preach hate and division need to be shown that they are not welcome."

Someone else said: "Well done for refusing him service, as you are perfectly entitled to do. People like Tommy Robinson must be made to feel unwelcome wherever they go.

"I hope your action spurs other establishments to do the same."

LADbible has reached out to Thames Valley Police for a comment.
