A 17-year-old YouTube star has passed away following a seven-hour heart operation.
Alex Dragomir, known as Sir Kipsta, vlogged his reaction to football matches on his YouTube channel and later used his platform to talk about his time in hospital.
Just before going for his operation yesterday (10 June), Alex heartbreakingly tweeted to say that he might not survive the surgery.
Going in for a life saving procedure if it don't work then it's been a great time people thank you for all you've done for me but we pray we see it through and we pray we get fatter and fitter after it for them to see progress and not say they can't do anything after surgery

"Heaven gained another angel.
"He was my rock my everything. RIP Alex."

My guy. I hope this book brought you at least a little enjoyment at the end. What an absolute superstar, fought until the very end. I was always thankful of your support :broken_heart: @KipstaUnited https://t.co/YnSUwJ9KoE
