The world was thrilled to find out that Joe Biden actually gets a good kick out of seeing memes documenting his bromance former US President Barack Obama. But while he's probably seen plenty on the internet, he's probably never had to sign one for an excited fan.

Until now.

Some bloke managed to get the former Vice President of the United States to sign a printed-out meme with his signature. Not only that, but Mr Biden added on 'Still good friends - always be loyal."

The guy posted the now-famous piece of paper to Imgur, writing: "My Mom's business is near where Joe lives. I asked her to ask him to sign this meme if he ever came in. He is a real nice guy."

Naturally, people were pretty impressed that he managed to score an authentic signature.

One person wrote: "Now you need to get Obama's signature and complete it."

A second added: "We don't deserve Joe Biden in the same way we don't deserve dogs."

There were hundreds of memes that were sparked during the Obama-Biden administration, mainly because they genuinely looked like good mates.

Even the most innocuous picture could and would be turned into a double-entendre or a funny quip about their bromance.

Interestingly, the meme that this guy got signed is his favourite of all time.

If you thought Obama and Biden's bromance was good, check out Obama and Prince Harry:

Joe's daughter Ashley Biden told Moneyish her dad was completely oblivious to the Internet sensation that he was involved in. When she broke the news to him he 'sat for an hour and laughed'.

To be fair, it's hard not to giggle at some of them.

Former US President Barack Obama even acknowledged the memes' existence and paid homage to it on Mr Biden's 75th birthday. It would be hard to create an original zinger when so many have already been created - but Mr Obama didn't do too badly.

Since leaving the White House, Joe was named the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice professor at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on foreign policy, diplomacy, and national security.

Now that we all know he's willing to sign autographs on memes, he can probably expect a line of students outside his office with tons of paper in their hands.
